Cancelaciones de Servicios<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d004f6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d004f6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del cliente:<\/strong><ul><li>Si necesita cancelar un servicio de transporte, debe hacerlo con al menos <strong>72horas de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a la hora programada del servicio.<\/li><li>Las cancelaciones realizadas dentro del plazo establecido (72 horas o m\u00e1s de anticipaci\u00f3n) ser\u00e1n elegibles para un <strong>reembolso completo<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 72 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n a la hora programada del servicio <strong>no ser\u00e1n elegibles para un reembolso<\/strong>, sin excepci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Para solicitar una cancelaci\u00f3n, por favor, cont\u00e1ctenos a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"mailto:ventas@richardexpress.com.do\">ventas@richardexpress.com.do<\/a> o 1\u00a0(809)\u00a0308 9862, proporcionando su n\u00famero de reserva o detalles del servicio.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte de Richard Express:<\/strong><ul><li>En el improbable caso de que Richard Express deba cancelar un servicio debido a circunstancias imprevistas (fuerza mayor, aver\u00eda del veh\u00edculo, etc.), se le ofrecer\u00e1 un <strong>reembolso completo<\/strong> o la opci\u00f3n de reprogramar el servicio sin costo adicional. Devoluciones (Aplicable solo a productos o paquetes extraviados\/da\u00f1ados bajo nuestra responsabilidad)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94853b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94853b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Richard Express \u00a0se responsabiliza por la integridad de los paquetes y la entrega mientras\u00a0 est\u00e9 en el servicio, al llegar al punto cada pasajero debe de responsabilizarse.<\/li><li>En caso de <strong>extrav\u00edo comprobado<\/strong> de un paquete o <strong>da\u00f1o significativo<\/strong> a un paquete causado directamente por negligencia de Richard Express, el cliente tendr\u00e1 derecho a una compensaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>La compensaci\u00f3n se basar\u00e1 en el valor declarado del contenido del paquete, con un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de \u00a0RD$5,000.00.<\/li><li>Para iniciar un reclamo por extrav\u00edo o da\u00f1o, debe notificar a Richard Express por escrito dentro de las <strong>24 horas posteriores a la fecha de entrega prevista<\/strong> o a la notificaci\u00f3n de extrav\u00edo o de lo contrario no aplica.<\/li><li>El proceso de investigaci\u00f3n puede tomar hasta 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.
